Know & Navigate

Know yourself. Navigate your world.

by Mariam Benjelloun

A child is more than what we can see of them. Know & Navigate is preparing stories, explanations and practical tools to help them recognise their energy, understand their emotions and needs, communicate what they are going through and discover what can help them in everyday life.

The full website is in preparation. The ‘My battery’ worksheets are already available.

Why this name?

  • Know

Know means knowing yourself: noticing your energy, your emotions, what your body is telling you, what you need. You may not know yet: getting to know yourself takes time.

  • Navigate

Navigate means moving forward step by step in everyday life, at home, at school and with others: trying something out, asking for help, then adjusting based on experience.

  • The stone path

The logo shows a path of stones rising towards the light. Each stone is a reference point: you move from stone to stone, at your own pace.
